Toning and Vitality 4-Week Exercise Program
  • This is a workout program that includes stretching, Pilates, aerobic and strengthening exercises.  It allows your body to gradually gain flexibility, endurance and core/upper/lower body strength.   This program is for those individuals who want to improve their health through physical fitness. You will participate in daily exercises that gives you more energy and strength to complete daily work and home activities. The daily exercises gradually increase in skill, technique along with reps and/or time.

    This program can be renewed at the end of the 4-weeks.

    • Support and Accountability- Weekly check-in by phone, email or text
    • Additional Option- Any time during the 4-week program, you can request for a 1-on-1 personal coaching session.  This would allow the coach to guide you through the exercise program.  The coach would be able to make any corrections on form and technique of the exercises. The cost of this option is $40.00 per session.
